Current Resource

Flourish Framework: Mission & Values

Our first available resource introduces the heart of the Flourish Framework and outlines the principles that shape everything we do.

​

This document explains that the Flourish Framework is focused on creating space for new, community-led expressions of faith to grow and develop. It emphasises the importance of being present within communities and supporting environments where people can explore faith, belonging, and purpose.

The resource also sets out our mission statement, which is to enable, encourage, and nurture new and innovative ministries through communities that create opportunities for people to encounter and experience God’s love.

In addition, it introduces three core values:

• Finding the path – being open to God’s future and embracing new possibilities rather than fixed outcomes

• Finding the gathering – creating spaces of belonging, transformation, and exploration

• Sharing the love – practising hospitality, building relationships, and encouraging curiosity about faith

Together, these values describe how Flourish seeks to support communities that are welcoming, reflective, and rooted in faith.
