We’re excited to welcome you to the new home of the Flourish Framework.

This website has been designed to better reflect who we are, what we do, and how we support individuals and communities across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or have already engaged with Flourish Spaces, we hope this platform makes it easier to understand our work and access our resources.

What is the Flourish Framework?

The Flourish Framework is a structured approach to supporting wellbeing, connection, and personal growth within communities. It brings together practical tools, reflective practices, and safe spaces where people can explore purpose, identity, and belonging.

Our work is rooted in a commitment to:

• Supporting mental and emotional wellbeing

• Creating inclusive and welcoming environments

• Encouraging meaningful connection

• Enabling individuals to grow at their own pace

As part of the Bristol & South Gloucestershire Methodist Circuit (Registered Charity No. 1150295), our work is not-for-profit and community-focused.

Why a New Website?

The previous version of our website did not fully reflect the breadth of what Flourish offers. This new site has been developed to:

• Clearly explain the Flourish Framework and its purpose

• Provide up-to-date information about Flourish Spaces

• Share resources that can be used by individuals and organisations

• Make it easier to get in touch or get involved

We want this website to be a useful, practical tool—not just an overview.

Flourish Spaces

You can explore the different environments where the Flourish Framework is lived out in practice. Each space is designed to offer a supportive setting for conversation, reflection, and community.
